### Steps to reproduce
1. Create a meeting that is on-going (say, that start an hour earlier and will end in an hour from now)
2. Go to a work package and click on the 'Meetings' tab
3. Click on 'Add to meeting'
### What is the buggy behavior?
* The on-going meeting is not visible in the list of available meetings
* A linked meeting that is on-going is not visible in the 'Upcoming' section of the Meetings tab (it is instead visible in the 'Past' section).
This is important to allow members to add work packages to on-going meetings during the meeting.
### What is the expected behavior?
* Define "upcoming meetings" as ones where the _finish_ time is in the future; in other words, change the behaviour such that on-going meetings are included
* If the finish time has passed (start time + duration); that meeting is then no longer visible
* On-going meetings should appear in the "Upcoming" section of the Meetings tab (of a work package), not the 'Past' section.

**Meeting is from 10h to 13h on 19 Dec:**

**At ~11h50, it is not visible in the list even though the meeting is not in the past:**
