**As** an OpenProject Admin
**I want to** be warned when a configuration issue blocked the project folder synchronization with NextcloudÂ
**so that** I can take steps to resolve it
**Acceptance criteria**
* _Insert Email text template here (The feature lead can come up with a first text)_ here_
* Only e-mail the admin once per day per faulty file storage integration (and not every 5 mins)
* If possible add some information on how to fix the issue or what to send to support if they need help
* Send a mail when a setup is healthy again.
