Acceptance criteria:
**Necessary for 13.1**
* in the admin section for file storages, in the index page (listing all storages) you can chose all provider types, Nextcloud and OneDrive/SharePoint.
* If there is no Enterprise token, the OneDrive/SharePoint option has the Enterprise diamond icon.
* when you chose OneDrive/SharePoint
* with enterprise edition present show the configuration pages
* without enterprise diction present show a different view similar to `/admin/design/upsale`
* in the files tab in a work package
* uploading a new file or file link creation for exsting files should not be possible if the storage is a OneDrive/SharePoint and no enterpise token is present
**In a subsequent release we need to consider what the consequence should look like when an Enterprise token gets removed or invalid**
* An existing integration cannot be edited
* Existing integrations can get deleted
* Fail the contract for file link creation if no enterpise token is present
