**As** an OpenProject Admin
**I want to** be warned when a configuration issue blocked the synchronization with NextcloudÂ
**so that** I can take steps to resolve it
**Acceptance criteria**

* Only e-mail the admin once per day per storage (and not every 5 mins)
* If possible add some information on how to fix the issue or what to send to support if they need help _..._
