**As** a Nextcloud user that has not yet oAuthed with OpenProject
when I open the smart picker to link a work package in Talk
**I want to** _connect with OpenProject_
**so that** _don't have to think where to set this up_
**Acceptance criteria**
* _Nextcloud user without OAuth connection to OpenProject opens the work package smart picker and is prompted with a_ **Connect to OpenProject** button
