### Steps to reproduce
_Please write down the steps to reproduce. Try to write down all necessary preconditions (what permissions do you have, are other users involved?). Example:_
1. Login as admin
2. Go to Administration -> Custom fields
3. Click to create a new custom field (for example of Text type)
4. Fill in all the necessary fields and set a default value
5. Save and go back to the custom fields page
6. Choose your newly created custom field field
7. Look at the Default value field
### What is the buggy behavior?
_Please describe the bug with as most details as possible. Example:_
* Default value is not saved during creation. It is blank and you need to enter the default value again and save for it to be actually saved and displayed the next time you check
