### Steps to reproduce
1. In a project, click BCF, then click IFC models.
2. Import IFC images.
3. From the BCF, select the IFC you wish to put on the board.
4. Double click the board you wish to place the image on on the right.
5. Select +Viewpoint to add IFC to the board.
6. When you go into Boards, image will not be centered.
### What is the buggy behavior?
_Please describe the bug in as much detail as possible. Example:_
* IFC images are no longer centered on boards when imported.
* Never had this issue prior to the 13 update.
### What is the expected behavior?
1. IFC image angle can be manipulated and sized but whole image should show on board.
