**Precondition**
- Wiki module is activated.
- Wiki page exists.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to a wiki page.
2. Select “More functions” and “Lock”.
3. Log in with a different user (not a system admin).
4. (The wiki page can still be edited).
**Actual behavior**
- Locking a wiki page has not effect.
**Expected behavior**
- Edit button should not be visible for other users when wiki is locked.
- Wiki module is activated.
- Wiki page exists.
