## Acceptance criteria
* The design of the new "File storages" index page in the administration settings will follow a complete Primer approach following the mockups in [Figma](https://www.figma.com/file/gtLQfPe09X7XugAH8L7dTy/Nextcloud-Integration?type=design&node-id=4974-117398&mode=design).
* The functionalities of the current index page are maintained but reorganised in a way that the page contains:
* **PageHeader:** with the title "File storages", a description bellow the title, a button on the right side to add storages and a divider.
* **Index list:** an list generated with Boxes that contains:
* **List header:** grey box with a counter of the amount of storages created
* **List row:** each row represents a storage showing storage title, creation time, creator, storage type and host URL. The title section will be clickable and lead to the details of the storage. In case there is an error in this storage an alert icon will be shown in front of the title.
* **Empty status:** if there is no storage set a Primer empty status is shown with its icon, title, description and main action.
* From the index page is not possible to edit or delete a storage, for that you need to access the storage "information" page.
* When the user completes the configuration of a storage they are redirected back to the index page and a fullwidth banner is displayed on top of the screen.
