For a PDF export of a single work package:
Include all fields according to the [work package type form configuration](https://www.openproject.org/docs/system-admin-guide/manage-work-packages/work-package-types/#work-package-form-configuration-enterprise-add-on) (order & empty values, too).
As `ID`, `Status` and `Type` are not configurable in the work package type form configuration, these are always added to the attributes table.
Work package type form field `Date` is not combined as in the form, but listed as single data points: `Start Date`, `Due Date` and `Duration`
