As reported by user Jeff Li in https://crowdin.com/project/openproject/discussions/41#123, some strings are hardcoded and not available for translations:
* [ ] The word "Notify" was not linked to Crowdin Openproject so we cannot translate it.
Path: Administration -> Work packages -> Custom actions -> New custom action -> ACTIONS -> Add action -> Notify.
* [ ] The "Multitenancy for OpenProject" (2 places)was not linked to Crowdin Openproject so we cannot translate it.
Path: AdministrationPlugins -> Content -> Modules and Plugins.
* [ ] The "Logged by" was not linked to Crowdin Openproject so we cannot translate it.
Path: Select a project -> Time and costs -> New cost report -> GROUP BY -> Add Group-by Attribute -> "Logged by".
