Nextcloud Enterprise does not support 24 or smaller anymore. We should not do it neither.
* Do not allow adding Nextcloud instances of version 24 or smaller.
* Show a warning for storages that are already set up but are 24 or smaller.
* Show version info of Nextcloud, OpenProject Integration App and Group Folder app for a already successfully saved storage (<mention class="mention" data-id="72512" data-type="user" data-text="@Marc Alcobé">@Marc Alcobé</mention> Maybe we could come up with a design, showing this info in some Primer side column on the right? The interesting integresting part is what to show if we deem the versions to not be up-to-date.
