### Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://qa.openproject-edge.com/
2. Click on new project
3. select "Eric's template" as a project template
4. make sure, `Work package: file links` is checked
### What is the buggy behavior?

### What is the expected behavior?
1. Creation is done succesfully with all file links created
