### Steps to reproduce
1. Login to QA Edge with a user who has some notifications in the notification center
2. Click on the bell icon to open the notification center
3. On the left sidebar, click on either Reason or Unread by project to open or close the list of options
### What is the buggy behavior?
* List of reasons or projects stays open all the time although the arrow changes the position
* List looks broken
### What is the expected behavior?
1. List should be closed upon click
