**I want to** _be reminded to log in to Nextcloud_
**so that** I have access to the project folder on Nextcloud

**Acceptance criteria**

* The notification should appear in the member's notification center on the following conditions:
* The Begin of the insertionuserEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion memberEnd of the deletion has been added to a project.
* The Begin of the insertionuserEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion memberEnd of the deletion has not been logged in yet into the appropriate storage Nextcloud instance.
* The project has the storage configured and enabled.
* Project folder mode is set to be **manual** or **automatic.**
