### Steps to reproduce
1. create a project and activate meetings
2. create meeting and invite people
### What is the buggy behavior?
* admins are displayed in the list of possible participants
### What is the expected behavior?
* no admins are displayed in the list of possible participants
* also the ones that might be assigned a role in that project but don't have the necessary permission of the meeting module
## Background
Meeting participants when checking attentance wonder why certain people are in the list although they actually were never part of the project team.
