* Starting time tracking starts a running timer, which will eventually be used for the "hours" value of logged time
* When time tracking is running, there is an indication of current runninng time so the user is aware of how much time has passed. Begin of the insertion
* On the active tracking work package, the toolbar button changes to show the elapsed time
* The user account icon on the top right shows a stopwatch. Clicking on the account will show the running timer as wellEnd of the insertion
