**As** a user
**I want to** be able to create a project from the global meeting index list
**so that** it is easier for me to discover the meeting features of OpenProject (currently a user need to first navigate to a project first. This is quite hard to understand for new users). users).
## **Acceptance criteria**
* There is two cases of creating a meeting:
1. Inside a project: the field **Project** is hidden
2. Outside a project: the field **Project** is shown
* All the previous fields in the meeting creation screen will be kept as they where.
* All the mandatory fields will be marked with a "**\***".
* A field will be added to the current form with the label **Project** below the field **Title** only in the case of the user creating the meeting from outside any project.
## Notes
* This are all work in progress and there is still need to iterate on the concepts.
* The designs might contain fields such as the form for meetings creation that have some differences from the implementation. Please use the current input styles, sizes and implementation.
