### Steps to reproduce

1. In the global search
2. In the Begin of the insertion**Work packages**End of the insertion Begin of the deletion _Files_End of the deletion tab
3. Add the Begin of the insertion**Project**End of the insertion Begin of the deletion _Projects_End of the deletion filter
4. type to add project
5. after adding type the same project name again

### What is the buggy behavior?

* The keeps being suggested
* When chosen again, it is shortly visible in the value field and then disappears

### What is the expected behavior?

1. Already selected values should not continue to be suggested
2. Already selected values should not be added again to the values field
