**Preconditions**

- Work package module is activated and work packages exist.

**Steps to reproduce**

1. Go to work package list.
2. Select at least two work packages. (of identical or different type (see expected behavior))
3. Right-click and select “Edit” in context menu.
4. Open drop-down menu “Status”.
5. (Status selection is not limited to the status available for the selected work package types)
6. (An unclear error message is displayed)

**Actual behavior**

- When selecting status via bulk-update, the selection is not limited to the status available for the selected work package types.

**Expected behavior**

- When editing the status of work packages of the same type via bulk-update, the selection should be limited to the status available to these work packages.
- When editing the status of work packages of different types, the selection should be either limited to the status all selected types share or the option to change the status should be disabled (with an explanation to why this is the case).
