**I want to** configure the Begin of the insertion_projectEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion _common projectEnd of the deletion folder_ within the project setting
**so that** all project members are able to use it.

## **Acceptance criteria**

* [ ] Inside the project settings in the section _File storages_ a new configuration option for the Begin of the insertion_projectEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion _common projectEnd of the deletion folder_ must be available.
* [ ] When a **project admin** set/changes the Begin of the insertion_projectEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion _common projectEnd of the deletion folder,_ that folder is activated for all project members. The behavior of the project must change accordingly.
