# User Problem
## User
* Project administrators who can invite users
* Project members (newly invited)
* Project members (already existent in the instance)
## Problem
* The current invite user process is not really clear.
* The current invite user process will get outdated as soon as we introduce the new flow for start trial where the account details are set in the last step.
* The account details page needs to be aligned with the start trial last step with the new design.
* The emails sent right now are not actualised and are unclear.
* Need to include the cases of the custom terms and conditions and announcement in the project overview.
* Minor UI and UX upgrades need to be done.

* Keep the current implementation will create incoherence, difficulties and bad UX.

* A new and completely analysed flow that contemplates all the different edge cases and possible errors.
* Consolidation of the account details screen with the newly designed page for start trial.
* Reuse of current implemented components with minor text, UI and UX changes.
* Improvement of the announcements prominence and design in the overviews.
