This work package was converted from a task to a feature related to project activity (<mention class="mention" data-id="43852" data-type="work_package" data-text="#43852">#43852</mention>). data-text="#43852">#43852</mention>).
### Acceptance criteria
* For consistency, update filter labels:
* "Messages" → "Forums" (same string as module name, _key:_ `root.project_module_forums`)
* "Wiki edits" → "Wiki" (same string as module name, _key:_ `root.project_module_wiki`)
* "Subprojects" → "Include subprojects" sub-projects"
* Move the "Project attributes" from the modules down to the the "Include subprojects" "Include-subprojects" block, such that:
* When sub-projects don't exist, it appears by itself
* When sub-projects exist, it appears above the "Include subprojects" sub-projects" option
### Out of scope
Ideally, we would rename "Spent time" to "Time and costs", but it looks like only spent time is journalised, costs are not. Could you confirm, <mention class="mention" data-id="74738" data-type="user" data-text="@Christophe Bliard">@Christophe Bliard</mention>?
