**As** a Project admin
**I want to** set for **Members** % of participation in project as I set Current Rate. System admin will set holidays and normal working hours for the system.
**so that**
**Acceptance criteria**
* **Normal working hours per day** for all system. Add extra rules for people with specific health advice.
* Calculate (End date - Start date)/Estimated time. Something like **work rate** or daily hours spent for tasks. spent.
* Add attribute for project Members - **participation in project**
* Show **attention** when asigneer **overload** with tasks. Take information from tasks where this user is assignee, sum up work rate from this tasks and compare it with work hours normal \* participation member in this project.
_Some people work in the Project 1 for 50% of working time and help in the Project 2 for 50%. It would be great to divide the planned execution time within the task by the difference between the start and finish dates. Further in the team planners, when we assign a task to an employee, the system warns us that this employee will have an overload due to working hours and we can assign this task to someone else._
This will help balance the workload of employees, make sure that they don't overwork and help avoid employee burnout in the future.
_P.S: my English is not very good, I'm sorry if I made a mistakes in the translation - I didn't mean to offend anyone._
