### Steps to reproduce
* Open Log Time window.
* Enter details. details.
* Enter long text in the Comment section that exceeds the viewable size. size.
* Scroll to the beginning of the Comment section. section.
* Scroll to the end of the Comment section (where the last comment(s) were left).
_Screen typically disappears at this point. Watch the attached video._ point._
### What is the buggy behavior?
Modal is closed on mouse up event. There are a number of cases where the Log Time screen disappears.
* Randomly when opening a Log Time window.
* As discussed above (entering a long comment or opening an existing Log Time window to add to an existing comment).
* When entering time in the Log Time window then changing focus.
Previously (versions prior to 12.4) the Log Time would remain unless it was closed.
### What is the expected behavior?
Modal The Log Time window should persist until it is closed, even if focus is changed. Other applications typically will not be closed function properly until the "child" window is closed, even if we click inside the modal selecting the text input and release the mouse button outside the modal. focus is changed.
