Update the [use case page for resource management](https://www.openproject-edge.com/docs/use-cases/resource-management/) so we can publish it.
* Add global work package page as additional use case.
* In many cases, PMO is interested in getting an overview of resource availability across all projects. We should include the use case of looking at work packages assigned on the global work package page (across all projects).
