**Precondition**
- Work package exists.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Update existing work package.
2. Add a file, uncheck “Email updates” and click “Submit”.
3. (Email notification is sent even though “Email updates” are deactivated.)
**Actual behavior**
- Email notification is sent when adding a file even when email notifications are deactivated on work package. (Note: This error occurs independent from the email notification settings in the admin settings (“File added”).)
**Expected behavior**
- Email notification should only be sent when “Email updates” are selected on work package.
- Work package exists.
