### Acceptance criteria

* Add a new filter to advanced work package filters called "Overdue", with a basic switch.
* On means "Status is open and finish date is earlier than today's date"
* Off means "Finish date is not earlier than today's date"
* Add a new default work package view called "Overdue" (on the left-hand panel), with these criteria:
* Status is open
* Overdue is on
