**As** a user
**I want to** change the subject of multiple subject at once
**so that** I can conveniently prepare a templated project building block for a couple of different departments.
The building block consists of different work-packages always in the same order connected by a "preceds/follows" relationship. Each of the different work-packages has different planned date ranges (start-end). The order never changes (technically impossible); each work-packages has a responsible department. project.
