In order to reduce the space and impact taken by the Enterprise banners when they are displayed in a content screen and in the middle of other features that are not Enterprise a new expandable banner is desired.

**Acceptance criteria**

* Implement the new banner with the expandable icon on the top right corner that allows the user to see the basic information:
* Illustration
* Header
* First sentence of the text
* Once the banner is expanded the complete information is displayed:
* Become a hero text (or rest of the text)
* Action buttons

* Project custom fields to ->System settings -> Projects (underneith SETTINGS FOR PROJECT OVERVIEW LIST)
