### Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to project
2. Navigate to Roadmap
### What is the buggy behaviour? behavior?
* The amount of work packages displayed in the roadmap differs from the one that the users might see depending on the permissions they have on the sub-projects that the main project contain or the public visibility of the work packages contained in each version. There is no indicator that this happens and therefore the user might thing this is a BUG.

### What is the expected behaviour? behavior?
* The numbers will still be displayed for the total amount of work packages contained in the version but an alert message will be displayed bellow the progress bar indicating the amount of work packages that the user will not be able if he enters to the detail view 1. Numbers are fixed or expands the list of related work packages.
* Using this work package we also want to reduce the space taken by he expandable panels and therefore define as default when opening the view that all the expandable panels Views are collapsed and not expanded.
