### **Steps to reproduce**
_Please write down the steps to reproduce. Try to write down all necessary preconditions (what permissions do you have, are other users involved?). Example:_
1. Open OpenProject as admin
2. Have more than 391 status in the system (Edit: Managed to reproduce it with 1000+ statuses, and the error is `RequestTimeoutException`)
3. Try edit workflow with all status
4. Take out of memory error
### **What is the buggy behavior?**

_Out of memory error when work with workflow. Can not edit workpackages workflow at all!_
### **What is the expected behavior?**
