### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as a user in the mobile app
2. Check the navigation bar

### What is the buggy behavior?

* The button add "+" is not visible at all in the navigation bar Begin of the insertion
* It is almost impossible for new users to discover the add function to create a new work package. The user needs to navigate to a project, then needs to open the sidebar, then open the work packages module.End of the insertion

### What is the expected behavior?

1. By reducing the margins and paddings between elements in the navigation bar we generate space to include a 24x24px "+" button
2. Each element should have approx. 8px margin to the sides, for details see the visuals.
