### Acceptance criteria
* **The "Scheduling" and "Working days" toggle sets are replaced by switch fields** (design system component and pattern described in <mention class="mention" data-id="44213" data-type="work_package" data-text="#44213">#44213</mention>)
* There are two switch fields, one with the label "Manual scheduling" and the other with label "Working days only"
* There is a 2 rem horizontal spacing between them.
* The "Manual scheduling" switch toggles manual scheduling on and off:
* This is off by default.
* The "Working days only" switch toggles including non-working days on and off:
* This is on by default except:
* This is off for all previously existing work packages when migrating to 12.3
* **In the mobile version:**
* The two switches are stacked vertically
* Each switch set takes the full width of the datepicker
* The text is left-aligned
* The switches are aligned to the right-edge
