* [x] The cursor can be the browser one.
* [ ] The cursor on disabled elements will be the block cursor.
* [ ] The left and right margin are the double than the top and bottom.
* [ ] The tooltip is fix and does not need to follow the cursor.
* [ ] The width is determined by the container where the tooltip is triggered.
* [ ] The hover effect background in only visible in the elements that can should be clicked. If an added to every list element is completely disabled this will have no hover background. that has a tooltip.
* [x] For the moment we have two tooltip background colours (light blue and grey) but in the list case we will use the grey one.
* [ ] Disabled list elements might have tooltip but is not mandatory.
* [ ] Disabled list elements are always using the Grey #3 (#878787) in the main text to showcase this element is inactive.
* [x] There is a very particular files case (already implemented) where the user has no permissions to see the file. This case is treated separately.
