### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as an admin. a user.
2. Add an RTL language via Administration -> system settings -> display
For example: اَللُّغَةُ اَلْعَرَبِيَّة
3. Select that language for your user
4. Go to the boards overview page
### What is the buggy behavior?

* dates are written as dd/mm/mm:hhyyyy
### What is the expected behavior?
_Describe how the application should behave like. Example:_
1. dates are written as dd/mm/yyyy mm:hh
