### Steps to reproduce
1. create a project P
2. create global admin A
3. add A to P (but cannot properly assign roles)
4. remove global admin rights from A
### What is the buggy behavior?
* admin user has no rights for the project
### What is the expected behavior?
1. global admins are nothing special with regards regard to role assignment (they still have all the roles during their time as global admin)
2. so, in case the global admin flag is removed the user has no troubles continue working
