**As** a user of OpenProject
**I want to** be able to upload or link files in Nextcloud directly from an empty Files tab in OpenProject
**so that** I can perform all the actions linked with the integration from the very beginning.
**Acceptance criteria**
* The drag and drop box is available always with a fixed height of 88px (5.5REM). This box is also clickable.
* There is always the option to click on the link element bellow the box to attach link or upload a file.
* The box has a hover effect to communicate better that you can add files by clicking.
* The text inside the drop zone is: "Drop files here or click to upload to _Storage Name_"
