### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Have a long text Custom field
2. Enable the CF in a Work package type
3. Have members in a project
4. Go to a work package of that type and in that project
5. 4. Open the Custom field and tag any other user via "@"
### **Actual Behavior**
* Mentioning is possible but no mention notification triggered
### **Expected Behavior**
* Mentioning should **not** be possible in long custom fields. fields.
* So when typing "@" the user autocompleter should not open
* After save no user should be linked
