### Steps to reproduce
1. Login as a user user
2. Go to a work package list
3. Open the project selector or the include projects
4. Use the keyboard arrows to navigate between projects
### What is the buggy behaviour?
* The focus status doesn't have the background color as the hover status.
### What is the expected behaviour?
* In the rest of the application (search bar, lateral menu...) when using keyboard navigation the background of the elements still changes the background color. Therefore, for coherence reasons the focus state should also include the grey background (same as in hover state).
### What is the expected behaviour?
This also affects three places in the application:
* Project selector in the navigation bar
* Include projects
* The list of files in the files tab
