System administrators are able to copy Begin of the insertionprojects.End of the insertion Begin of the deletion projects. End of the deletion

I am testing with a regular user account that has both the global &quot;Create Project&quot; permission, and the &quot;Copy Project&quot; permission for the project I am trying to copy.

All non-administrator users are not able to copy projects. Begin of the insertion

End of the deletion I tried creating a brand new docker-compose installation of OpenProject with this version, still the same results.
