### **Environment**:
Edge, 12.1
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Have a status is "closed" and "read-only"
2. Go to a Team Planner with lots cards
3. Choose an open work package and reduce the length to 1 day
4. Change the status to the above mentioned status
5. Hover over the card (and notice that drag handles are still there)
6. Resize the card to 3 days (and notice that it allows resizing, and even gives a "Successful update" toast)
7. Change to a two-week view
8. Hover over the card (and notice that the blue 'i' icon and the grey 'closed' icon are in two lines)
9. Try stretching the card to 3 days (and notice that it still allows resizing)
10. Try moving the card around
### **Actual Behavior**
* Closed cards show drag handles on hover
* The drag handles are even visible on top of the tooltip displayed when hovering on the grey "closed" icon
* Closed cards are seemingly resizable via these drag handles (users are allowed to drag each edge)
* Resizing a closed card is possible (the user even gets a "Successful update" toast), even though the card eventually goes back to its original pre-drag length
* Dragging a closed card is possible (the user even gets a "Successful update" toast), even though the card eventually snaps back to its original pre-drag position
* In two-week view, a closed card shows the blue 'i' icon and grey 'closed' icons in two lines
### **Expected Behavior**
* Closed cards do _not_ show drag handles on hover
* Closed cards are therefore _not_ resizable via these drag handles (users are _not_ allowed to drag each edge)
* Resizing a closed card is not possible
* Dragging a closed card is possible
* In two-week view, a closed card shows the blue 'i' icon and grey 'closed' icons in one line (even if it takes the full width of the card)
* Editing the status of a closed card is still possible.
