**Actual behavior**

- Inactive reported project statuses/work package priorities can be selected.

**Expected behavior**

- Inactive reported project statuses/work package priorities should not be selectable.

**Steps to reproduce**

1. Edit a reported project status X and set active to false.
2. Create a status report to a project with a type Y. That type Y needs to have the project status activated in it.
3. Edit the status report and choose project status X. Begin of the deletion
