**As** a user _\[enter role of user\]_
**I want to** see the attachment section while creating a new work package _\[enter objective\]_
**so that** I can perform the same actions in the same way as in the Files Tab _\[enter desired result\]_
**Acceptance criteria**
* The behaviour is the same as the current one but with the new styles created for the Files Tab. _\[enter acceptance criteria\]_
* The drag and drop area (also clickable) will be displayed by default on a full width in the form.
* Once there is attachments this will be displayed in a list (same style as Files Tab) on a full width in the form.
