When there are multiple tables on one page,
it can sometimes happen that the cycling of
odd/even css classes continues in the next
table which can lead the second table to start
with a dark background instead of white.
This looks a bit strange because the header
line is also mostly dark. Seen in Costs
when editing the hourly rates of a user, but
is likely to happen elsewhere, too.
