When I save a work package with a custom value without changing anything, the custom value appears as changed in the work package journal.

### Precondition

Migrated work package (former issue) with a custom value that has not been saved.

### Reproduction

1. Go to a work package described in the precodition
2. Click **Edit** but don’t change anything
3. Save the work package

### Behavior
**Expected:** No change is displayed
**Actual:** The custom value appears as changed in the work package journal

### Details

The custom value appears as changed because the customizable journals do not contain any information about that custom value. Those information need to be inserted during the migration. Begin of the deletion
