We introduced a new string. We should use the already translated string "Assigned to" instead. In German that would be "Zugewiesen an".

### Expected behaviour
On the header:
* **Change the string "Assignees" to "Assignee"** (without the trailing s)
* **Add the** _**user-plus-icon**_ **before this word**
On the Notification center sidebar:
* **Change the string "Assigneed" to "Assignee"** (without the trailing d)
