### **Environment**:
Cloud Edition as of today (Enterprise Cloud Feature according to the docs)
Ubuntu 20.04 latest as of today / Firefox latest version as of today / English:

### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Create Backup in the Cloud as described in the docs at point 2.

### **Actual Behavior**
The E-mail that is mentioned below will NEVER be sent.
In a very small OpenProject cloud project the backup also seems to run endlessly, the screen that says task started will never finish, even if the the window is kept open for 120 minutes
### **Expected Behavior**
After having **requested the backup**, you will receive an email notification with a link to download your backup. For this, you will need additional authentication (username and password as well as 2-Factor-Authentication if activated) to download the backup files.
