This work package was transformed from a bug to a feature, with acceptance criteria to solve the problem identified by the initial bug.

This concerns the administration menu options.

### Acceptance Criteria

* Create a new entry called "**API and webhooks**" in the main menu with two sub-entries
* **API** (move from Begin of the deletion current location:End of the deletion _System settings → API_)
* **Webhooks** (move from _Incoming & Outgoing → Webhooks)_
* Add a reference to _Emails & Notifications → Aggregation & Retention_ (like "LDAP authentication under _Authentication  → Settings)._
* **\[open\]** Do we have an existing icon we use to denote API?
* Rename "Incoming & Outgoing" to "**Emails and Begin of the insertionnotification"**End of the insertion Begin of the deletion notification"** End of the deletion
* Rename "Settings" sub-entry to "**Aggregation Begin of the insertionand retention**"End of the insertion Begin of the deletion & Retention**"End of the deletion
* Add a reference to  API & Webhooks _→ Webhooks_ (like "LDAP authentication under _Authentication  → Settings)._
* Keep the two other entries as is:
* **Email notifications**
* **Incoming emails**
* Retain the current envelope icon
* Rename "Users & Permissions" _to_ **Users and permissions** to maintain consistency with other other names (namely, "and" instead of "&" and sentence case).

You see this:

In the menu it just says &quot;Incoming &amp; Outgoing&quot; as well. Despite the icon it&#39;s not immediately clear\* that this is where the email settings including the SMTP configuration are hidden. Moreover I would argue that this menu title is missing a noun, which is irritating.
