In the work packages module we open the work packages menu on right-click. Let's evaluate if we can do this consistently throughout all work package views.
### Acceptance criteria
* Right-clicking on a card in the team planner displays the same menu as in the Boards module.
### Known issues
* Using "Create new child" does not set the assignee from the original card, but the first assignee from the loaded assignees. This is the default behavior of work package create form to apply existing filters and cannot be easily adapted.
